SHIPPING & CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Buyers who Order should check their shipping address pin code and contact number before they make the payment. We cannot change the shipping address once the shipment dispatched.
  • Buyer can cancelled the order any time before shipping the products, after dispatch buyer cannot cancel the order.
  • Item will be replaced if it has Any Defects. It Should Be Returned In Unused Condition within 2 days of Delivery.
  • All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of products by email and has to be returned within 2 days and should be unused.
  • Image & color of product shown is only indicative, actual product may have different attributes. For specific requests on the same please contact us before buying.
  • Most items are maintained In-Stock but sometimes stocks may run out before we get a chance to update them. If an order comes in for an item which is out of stock, we will try and procure & dispatch the same within 3-5 days. In case, if we find that the ordered item cannot be procured we will issue a refund immediately.

Why have I not received my product yet?

Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date; however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates. In this case, we’ll send an e-mail, intimating you about the issue and the revised shipment/delivery date. What is the difference between shipping time and delivery time?
  • Shipping refers to the time taken to obtain the item(s), packing and dispatching. You will find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on our site (E.g. Ships within 2-3 days). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end.
  • The delivery may take few more days depending on the address and the courier company used.
  • The shipping and delivery time excludes public holidays and Sundays falling during the estimated shipping and delivery dates.
  • Courier Partner is chosen on the basis of location of the buyer, we can’t change the courier partner on customer’s request.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) shall take extra time to deliver at the destination due to courier partner internal process.

  • What if I find my package opened or tampered upon delivery?

    Please don't accept an open or tampered package. Notify us of the same on this link. ASAP

    How do I take advantage of FREE shipping?

    We provide free delivery on orders valued at Rs. 5000 or more within India. Outside India Delivery charges will be extra as applicable.

  • For some special product or order, handling fees may still apply.
  • You will not receive FREE shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below Rs. 5000.
  • Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
  • Delivery time may be affected in case of an address change on an order which has already been shipped or address not found by courier partner.
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.
